New P12 Facial Access — Important for International Visitors

P12 has introduced a new facial recognition access system through UGO.

After purchasing your ticket:

1. Follow the instructions provided by UGO to complete your facial registration
2. Each person must complete their own registration
3. Your ticket must be available in the respective user’s Ingresse Wallet before completing the facial registration

⚠️ Do not leave facial registration until the day of the event. Complete the process in advance to make your arrival at P12 easier.

Buying Two or More Tickets

Planning to celebrate with your partner, friends or family? You can purchase multiple tickets through the same account.

However, each person attending the event needs their own ticket and individual facial registration. This is especially important for international visitors traveling to Florianópolis together.
